To measure your wrist:
Wrap a soft measuring tape or piece of string comfortably around your wrist just above the wrist bone, then measure the length.

For your preferred fit, we recommend adding approximately:

Snug Fit: +¼" / 0.6 cm
Regular Fit: +½" / 1.3 cm
Loose Fit: +¾" / 2 cm
