Each bracelet arrives in a signature jewelry box or soft velvet pouch, ready for gifting—no extra wrapping needed. We include a thank-you note with every order, and can add a personalized message upon request.

Disclosure

Kindly be aware that all natural stones exhibit minor variations in color. As a result, you may notice natural lines, pits, or color variations, which are normal and inherent to the stone's natural beauty. The distinct hues and textures of each stone are a result of their inherent natural characteristics, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.

Shipping

Bracelets are handcrafted within 1–5 business days, depending on the design complexity. Delivery takes 2–7 days or longer depending on location and the shipping service you opt in.

Returns, Exchange & Warranty

• We offer a one-year quality warranty and free returns if there's any quality issue on our end. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you to ship it back to us.
• Customer is only responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind.
• We offer resizing/re-stringing with a small fee.
  
• Because each piece is handmade, we prefer exchange than return. We truly appreciate your understanding.
