To measure your wrist:
Wrap a soft measuring tape or piece of non-elastic string snugly around your wrist just above the wrist bone, then measure the length.

For your preferred fit:
Snug Fit: add zero
Comfort Fit: add approximately ¼" / 0.6 cm
Loose Fit: add approximately ½" / 1.3 cm
